What the role is

We are seeking a motivated Content Development Assistant to support the development of webform templates and manage digital content, gaining valuable experience in both technical implementation and content management within a government setting.

What you will be working on

Technical Development

  • Create and modify webform templates using JSON
  • Implement form logic and validation rules
  • Conduct thorough testing of templates and troubleshoot issues
  • Prepare technical documentation for templates and processes

Content Management

  • Update and maintain website content
  • Review and update FAQs and resource materials
  • content management best practices
  • Support content review and updates

What we are looking for

  • Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel and markdown formatting
  • Strong willingness to learn, especially in technical content development
  • Good written and interpersonal skills, and strong team player
  • Careful and meticulous worker
