**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and execute the editorial calendar for all contents, ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, design, and public relations, social media, to create multimedia content that aligns with our brand's goals and objectives.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, news, and developments in the digital assets space, and offer strategic insights to help shape our content strategy accordingly.
- Work closely with SEO and marketing specialists to optimize content for search engines, increase organic traffic, and drive user engagement.
- Establish relationships with key industry influencers, thought leaders, and media outlets, leveraging their expertise and reach to enhance our content's credibility and reach.
- Monitor the performance of published content using data analytics tools, and provide insights and recommendations to improve future content initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to all legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements related to the digital assets and content publishing.
- Those who can deliver a creative narrative will be strongly preferred.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in content creation and writing, with a strong focus on the finance/digital assets industries.
- Experience across PR, Marketing, Communications, etc would be a plus.
- Proven track record of managing medium-to-large global teams and implementing successful content strategies.
- Expertise in SEO best practices and content analytics tools to drive engagement and improve content performance.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an outstanding ability to adapt your writing style to different audiences and platforms.
- Ability to craft creative narratives for all types of content.
- Strong understanding of the digital assets industry, including key players, trends, technologies, and regulatory environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, in addition to being an expert problem-solver.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexibility to adapt to a constantly evolving industry, staying informed of new trends and developments that could shape the future of content creation in the digital assets space.
