Think Tank Studio is looking for a Junior Editor to create and execute content for our in-house publication.

As a JUNIOR EDITOR, your core pillars of work are to:
**LEAD **in the conceptualisation and execution of our in-house publications
- Plan and be responsible for the content and quality of editorial and publication content for the magazines, ensuring the timely and successful publication of each issue.
- Plan, produce, edit and oversee content production in various formats (e.g. podcasts, explainer videos, interactive articles) on multi-platforms.
- Discern & improve on the requests, offers, and promises required to help project stakeholders and clients experience greater level of satisfaction with the company’s work.

**DEVELOP **the capabilities of the writing unit
- Take responsibility to learn & grow in a new area of learning and lead in knowledge-sharing with the team.
- Contribute articles, as well as generate ideas for articles and stories with writing staff.
- Editing and re-writing articles and stories, some of which may be rejected or returned to the writers for revision.
- Manage working relationships with writing staff (full time and/or freelance) and designers for related projects.
- Maintain and uphold the writing standards of the unit.
- Proof-read and copy write for any other Company related publications or projects
- Handle any other Company related matters as may arise or be assigned by the Managing Editor or Editor-in-Chief.

**General**
- You must be able to organise and manage your own time and project schedules effectively or be willing to learn.

**Team Structure**:The Junior Editor will work under the direct supervision of the Editor-in-Chief as part of the Editorial unit
