Location: Kallang Bahru

**Core goals**
- To drive and create more traffic.
- To improve the branding and authority.
- To assist in creating a positive environment for employees in the company.
- To assist in nurturing junior writers.

**A: Editorial Planning**
- Editorial Planning - Help plan the editorial calendar to ensure a healthy flow of new articles everyday.
- Editorial Creation - Assist in the content creation process with roles including holding pitching sessions, brainstorming, writing and researching content to develop original stories. Assign suitable writers to articles, meet deadlines and ensure that no one is overworked.
- Account Managing: Handle communications with clients, ensuring good relationships are built and that campaigns are executed according to their deadlines. To send reports to clients in a timely fashion and to routinely follow-up on existing campaigns.
- Editing - Proofread and quality control work produced by the editorial department to ensure quality of writing produced is consistent with the Company’s standards.

**B: Management Duties**
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior writers. This includes managing, motivating them and caring for their general well-being. Also assist in managing freelance writers when required.
- Brief writers adequately before assigning them articles, routinely checking-in to manage their content schedule and objectives.
- Social media management (Facebook, Telegram, Instagram).
- Monthly reporting of key performance stats.
