Our core business is content, which is distributed across multiple channels, from a monthly magazine to our website, social media channels and also experiences and events.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Editor who lives and breathes social media content, data, analytics and strategy and who has a passion for luxury lifestyle. This person would be responsible for managing and curating the content that appears across all of Tatler Singapore’s social media channels. They would need to coordinate with content creators, videographers, and Tatler’s in-house team of writers and editors to pull together engaging, viral, sticky and meaningful content and manage a robust content calendar that helps us grow and engage with our audience.

The Social Media Editor would also need to assist in boosting content, analyzing performance and recommending strategies to increase engagement and followers. The Editor would also need to work closely with the branded content and commercial teams to help create and curate content for clients, manage the campaigns when needed, and track success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing Tatler Singapore’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok).
- Working with the content teams, helping to create, edit, and publish social-first visual content (video & images) on all platforms.
- Lead by example and create content for social media platforms, and coach colleagues on best practices for creating and posting content.
- Growing Tatler Singapore’s audiences on all social media platforms, compiling and reviewing reach and usage metrics to optimize social media content, distribution and engagement strategies.
- Coordinating with regional team counterparts to ensure Tatler Asia’s social media pages are optimizing social media distribution opportunities for all content across the region.
- Communicating key audience insights to the content creation, branded content and commercial teams to advance Tatler Asia’s business objectives.
- Engaging and communicating with social media audiences, with experience in commenting and conversing in the comment section of social media posts.
- Boosting social media content to maximize reach.
- Set up and present training on social media trends, tactics and case studies to evangelize the ‘power of social’ to all areas of the company.
- Developing and managing partnerships with social media platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube) - organizing, where possible, regular performance review sessions with platforms to optimize insights, strategy, outcomes.
- Staying on top of social media content & revenue / platforms trends with the intention of identifying and proposing new opportunities to the business.

**Requirement**:

- 3-5 years experience of managing and growing social media accounts, preferably at a digital-first media organization.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn) and tools (Meta Business Suite, Chartbeat, Google Analytics).
- Experience in creating social media content, especially video.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Can-do attitude with excellent communication skills and a driven and engaging team player approach.
