Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Photographer / Photo Editor to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about photography and editing and are eager to contribute to an innovative company, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities Capture high-quality photographs for various projects, including product shoots, events, and lifestyle imagery. Edit and retouch images to enhance quality and maintain brand consistency. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content for digital platforms and promotional materials. Assist in managing the photo library, ensuring images are organized and easily accessible. Stay up-to-date with photography trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and outputs. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for visual storytelling. Maintain and operate photography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent condition. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom. Strong understanding of photography techniques, composition, and lighting. Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus but not required. Experience A degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a photography or editing role, even as an intern or freelancer, is highly desirable. A strong portfolio showcasing your photography and editing skills is required. Working Hours Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Flexible working hours with the possibility of remote work on certain days. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Familiarity with social media platforms and their visual content requirements.
