**Job Description**:
**E-learning Content Developer Assistant (3-Month Contract)**
- Translate client source material into various online learning outputs ensuring alignment with project objectives and audience needs
- Follow prescribed structures and conventions to maximize audience engagement and retention
- Generate creative ideas to transform complex information into simple, clear and impactful messaging
- Write clear, concise, and well-structured scripts for video content in English
- Develop storyboards and content flow for interactive PowerPoint presentations, ensuring logical progression and strong storytelling. Interactivity will include clickable buttons and UI features, to be designed in PowerPoint
- Work closely with developers, designers, video animators and project managers to ensure smooth content integration into final deliverables
- Proofing and QA checks of final output: grammar, spelling and consistency
- Any other ad-hoc QA required for the project and other related projects

**Requirements**:

- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint (advanced skills)
- Creativity in storytelling, design and idea generation
- Able to simplify and structure complex information into engaging content
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects with mínimal supervision

**Additional Info**:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (excluding public holiday) from 9am - 6pm (including 1 hour lunch break)
- Work location: Strictly office-based at Sim Lim Tower. NO remote work is allowed
- Work duration: immediate for 3 months with possible extension every month
- Salary: $450 per week
- Payment cycle: end of the month
