We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, driving profitability, and fostering a culture of innovation and performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting teams with the right tools and resources, developing talent, managing profit and loss, and strategically positioning the business to win in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across departments.
· Provide strategic direction and hands-on support to teams to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
· Ability to drive business development initiatives effectively, supported by relevant technical understanding
· Drive business growth by actively identifying opportunities and ensuring a customer-focused, solution-driven approach.
· Take full ownership of the profit and loss statement and implement strategies to improve profitability.
· Lead, manage, and develop talent across the organization, fostering a high-performance culture.
· Be persuasive and influential in leading change, inspiring teams, and aligning efforts toward company goals.
· Encourage innovation and continuous improvement across processes, products, and services.
· Make data-driven decisions with a clear focus, determination, and resilience in the face of challenges.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a General Manager or equivalent.
· Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience managing Profit & Loss.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Strategic thinker with a focus on execution and results.
· Track record of talent management and team development.
· Innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
