Project Executive / Project Coordinator (Entry Level – Fit-Out & Construction)

We are looking for a Project Executive / Coordinator who may have minimal experience but is eager to learn, grow, and make a difference in the construction and fit-out industry.


Your Role:

  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily project activities
  • Support site management — from monitoring progress to communicating with suppliers, contractors, and clients
  • Follow up on project documentation such as work orders, delivery schedules, and variation orders
  • Learn and participate in site meetings, inspections, and handovers
  • Assist in resolving site issues and ensuring project timelines are met
  • Be involved in the full project cycle from pre-start to completion

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has 1 year or less experience — fresh graduates are welcome
  • Shows strong drive, discipline, and a positive learning attitude
  • Is motivated to grow within the construction and fit-out industry
  • Has good communication skills and is proactive in problem-solving
  • Can handle challenges with maturity and responsibility
  • Interested in site coordination and hands-on project execution
  • Holds a diploma or equivalent (Construction/Engineering/Project Management background is a bonus)
