Transaction Banking Products Intern

Internship Period: 12 January 2026 – 31 July 2026

Job Description:

•    Support the Product Department (PD) with data management and transformation

•    Act as a business analyst for Data within TBOA-PD, working closely with the subject matter experts for performance and risk to ensure that our data capabilities can be enhanced and transformed to support the complex requirements for performance and risk calculations

•    Problem solving, including developing and testing hypotheses, qualitative and quantitative data gathering and driving analysis to feasible solutions

•    Work closely with the Head of Department, subject matter experts, stakeholders and users from various business groups to implement change

•    Assist in management of information needed to monitor and provide insights to the business decision process for TBOA-PD

•    Develop automated dashboards for performance and financial tracking

•    Deliver insights from data to TBOA-PD.

•    Conduct research, gather necessary information for ongoing projects, and assist product manager to work out solutioning. 

•    Assist in the creation and formatting of pitch books and IOP, ensuring all materials align with branding guidelines and ensure smooth workflow and process improvements

•    Assist in China integration project, including:

•    Collaborate with China product, sales and other departments for fact finding

•    Record minutes in Chinese, and collect feedback from stakeholders promptly

•    Prepare presentation materials and facilitate product sharing/other meetings

•    Track project timeline, update project status reports and assist in project documentation

Job Requirements:

•    Strong interest in data management, reporting and analysis

•    Interest in building and maintaining databases for all financial and non- financial information for products and regions

•    Keen eye for detail, advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel)

•    Strong written and spoken English proficiency

•    Willing and able to multi-task and deliver work under timelines and in a fast-moving environment

•    Good initiative, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team and independently

•    Exposure to data management and reporting tools such as Alteryx and Tableau preferred.

•    Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous

This internship role is based in Singapore. It is open to Singaporean and PR students only.
