Our client, a reputable Japanese trading company, is currently seeking a Strategy and Business Innovation Analyst.

【 Responsibilities 】
- Assist in the analysis of market trends, customer needs, and manufacturing pain points
- Engage with both internal and external parties (customers, conferences, etc.)
- Contribute to the development of customer-centric designs and value propositions
- Support the creation and execution of business model innovation strategies
- Help with ROI analysis, resource allocation, and budgeting for various business initiatives
- Assist in identifying areas for operational improvement in manufacturing and supply chain processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional improvement on ideation and rapid prototyping of solutions
- Cooperate with development team to perform analysis on current supply chain data to identify trends and issues, make proposal for improvements
- Support the planning of the supply chain activities and the supply chain application systems for the department
- Drive ideation processes that explore emerging technologies, new value chains, or unmet needs in the automotive and supply chain ecosystem.
- Lead the end-to-end innovation cycle, from identifying market shifts and customer pain points to designing and launching new business models
- Develop compelling business cases, financial models, and go-to-market plans for new business models
- Innovate and ideate new business models and support the development of product/service.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge in business domain and business development
- Experience in running workshops and/ or ideation workshops
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts
- Strong communication and presentation skills

(Advantageous)
- Experience working in the supply chain or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge in technology and business solutions
