RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.

  • Create comprehensive business process documentation including process maps, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.

  • Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for development teams.

  • Conduct gap analysis between current and desired states to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and present findings, recommendations, and project updates.

  • Support change management activities including impact assessments and user training documentation.

  • Collaborate with development teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Perform user acceptance testing coordination and defect tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • The candidate should be pursuing a degree in: Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related fields.
  • Preferred specialisation in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Management Information Systems
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Have experience with requirement management tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
  • Demonstrate proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
  • Possess hands-on experience with AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualisation tools.
  • Show ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
