Job Details:
- Contract Duration: until 31 March 2026
- Location: Novena
- Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary: $2,658 / month
Job Scope:
Office Services
Coordinate event setup and support, including AV equipment and furniture arrangement
- Check and manage the office facilities daily to ensure minimal disruption; may be required to do simple repair or maintenance works e.g. change light bulb if contractor is not available
- Liaise with vendors for quotations on repairs and replacements
- Assist with manual tasks and general maintenance/admin work
- Track and manage stationery requests, assets, pantry and sundries supplies
- Upkeep keys and office inventory, and ensure timely updating of records
- Prepare fire warden packages and coordinate briefings and updates with fire wardens
- Any other duties as may be assigned by Reporting Officer
