Job Description & Requirements
Job Scope:
• Preparing financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and consolidate report.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions to ensure timely audits and statutory compliance.
• Bank account opening and maintenance.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by Director.
• Assist director with family office management matters.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5–10 years of relevant working experience.
• Mature, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin, as the role requires regular communication with the Director.
