Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and highly committed Finance cum Admin Executive to join our team. We have journeyed from a start-up company to growth mode and now expanding our client reach beyond Singapore to SE Asia and the Middle East, growing with our best-in-class customers and partners. Finance Responsibilities:
· Full set bookkeeping, cash, receivables, payables etc
· Prepare timely, accurate quarter-end closing and financial reporting to Management
· Responsible for all accounting functions and tasks, including Fixed Assets Registers & inventory count
· Coordinate and liaise with auditors, corporate secretary etc
· Preparation and filing of GST
· Collaborate with Project Management team to issue Invoices/ Collect Billings.
Admin Responsibilities:
· Handle arrangements for visiting clients and respond to email queries
· Manage asset management, arrange quotes for office repairs and maintenance
· Coordinate and oversee travel arrangements
· Organize birthday celebrations, team-building events, and annual company events
· Manage customer greetings and gifts during festive seasons
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Accounting, ACCA or Diploma with strong relevant experience
· At least 3 years in Accounting experience working in a SME or start up
· Good working knowledge of IFRS and tax, well versed in MS excel
· Analytical, motivated and meticulous
· Self-starter who can take initiative to meet job objectives and deadline independently
· Experience with Xero or equivalent accounting software
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
