As a Customer Service Representative (Call Centre), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Handle and follow up on customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media platforms.
  • Effectively manage a large volume of inquiries in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
  • Schedule patient appointments at the clinic.
  • Operate and utilize the clinic's management system.
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding dental treatments and procedures.
  • Perform daily operational tasks within the Customer Service department.
  • Foster lasting relationships with customers through clear and engaging communication.
  • Understand and evaluate patients' needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Warmly welcome customers and determine the reason for their call or visit.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to maintain quality service delivery.
  • Prepare basic reports on confirmed appointments and patient follow-ups.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • Possess a min NITEC qualification.
