Admin Coordinator
A Japanese manufacturing company located in Kaki Bukit is hiring for an Admin Coordinator to support the Sales Team.
Job Requirements:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation, database management, and coordination, to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and assist in resolving sales-related matters.
- Oversee inventory management, including creating new product records in the item master, tracking customer Purchase Orders and outstanding orders with the factory, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Entering Purchase Orders promptly, maintaining weekly reschedule reports, and coordinating shipments or local deliveries with forwarders through the customer portal.
- Manage resale/purchase prices and/or price discrepancy in backlog against Customer's Purchase Orders and update databases following quarterly or annual cost-down adjustments.
- Perform general support tasks such as daily filing of delivery order acknowledgements and posting updates in databases.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2- 3 years of related work experience
- Committed and able to work long-term in an organization
- Proficiency and competency in MS Office.
- Prior working experience as a sales coordinator or in a admin support role will be an added advantage.
