As an ACP IT Solution Engineer, you are a specialist and possess knowledge across various business types and technical topics.  Your passion for technical excellence and understanding business processes drive your work.  In this role, you will provide 2nd level support, resolving production incidents efficiently and addressing user queries.  You will handle service requests and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance and improve the platform.  You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to technical development, teamwork and continuous learning, with opportunities to be assigned to key projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Incident analysis, resolution and bugfixing (2nd level support);

  • Collaboration with stakeholders, challenging business requirements positively to ensure robustness;

  • Identifying risks and issues early.  Propose and plan mitigation steps;

  • Analysis, design and develop new functionality and enhancements of the core banking system Avaloq;

  • Performance Improvements, Housekeeping and Technical Debt clean-up;

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of Avaloq parameterization experience;

  • Strong communication skills across cultures;

  • Customer-service oriented with a positive, problem-solving attitude;

  • Experience in production support and incident management;

  • Knowledge in Private Banking topics and Business Functions;

  • Familiarity in Avaloq and Oracle PL/SQL performance tuning is a plus;

  • Tertiary education in Computer related disciplines;

  • Business analysis skills, endurance in problem analysis;

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • A collaborative team player, knows how to have fun while working hard.
