- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computing or similar. Master recommended
- English proficiency required
- Strongly familiar with Avaloq Core Platform ; Avaloq certification is a plus
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of seniority and effectively engage in discussions with senior management. In particular, demonstrated capability to collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Information Security teams (a good understanding of regulatory requirements is needed)
- Expertise in conceptual modelling, ability to see the big picture and envision possible solutions and clear ability to provide concise, precise and managerial answers to a wide array of business related topics
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to independently develop and manage complex models. Very good command of MS Office suite is a must
- Highly flexible and adaptable to manage a multi-faceted role with changing priorities and tasks that are complex, unpredictable and time-sensitive. Very hands-on and with a to-do attitude
- Ability to identify risks, resolve conflicts and plan tasks
- A team player who continually collaborates and shares information
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in JIRA, Confluence and HP ALM will be a plus

5 to 8 years of experience in functional analysis in area of Private Banking, Wealth Management; Knowledge and experience of banking business and its operations is a big plus
