We're looking to add a Account Assistant in GES, Marsiling.

As a Account Assistant, You will:

  • Pick up and apply collection.
  • Generate and send monthly SOA to customer.
  • Prepare monthly AR Aging Report (Detail and Summary for TCS).
  • Prepare weekly AR Movement report.
  • Prepare material for monthly AR Review Meeting (overdue more than 30 days).
  • Following up on AR Collection status / Invoices Status / Dispute Issue route to TCS
  • Prepare collection forecast report (Monthly / for next 3 months)
  • Generate memo billing – Service part number XXseries
  • Maintain Customer master data and assist in Credit Application
  • Maintain Vendor master data
  • Assist in Scrap cost matching

What skills and experiences are we looking for :

  • Diploma in Accounting with 1 years of experience
  • Able to work independently, responsible and possesses good working ethics
