Its chartering division provides Offshore Supply Vessels, tugboats, barges, and Crew Transfer Vessels for industries such as oil & gas, mining, construction, and offshore wind.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective/preventive measures.
  • Organise and deliver HSE training sessions and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management, pollution control, and resource conservation.
  • Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation for regulatory and internal use.
  • Liaise with government agencies, contractors, and relevant stakeholders on HSE matters.
  • Support emergency preparedness planning, drills, and incident response activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in [industry - e.g., construction, manufacturing, marine, oil & gas].
