  • Permanent Job
  • 5.5 working days (Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm; Saturday: 8am - 12pm)
  • Work location at West side of Singapore
  • Entitled with Variable Bonus, Group Insurance and Flexi-benefits
  • OT Allowance is provided
  • Transport provided across islandwide

The Job:

  • Lead toolbox meetings and implement safety and health measures across the site.
  • Conduct regular inspections, identify hazards, and ensure prompt corrective actions for HSE compliance.
  • Register all site personnel, conduct site-specific safety inductions, and maintain updated records.
  • Investigate and report all incidents/accidents, recommending and implementing preventive measures.
  • Prepare and review Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Safe Work Procedures.
  • Maintain accurate accident statistics and safety documentation.
  • Oversee firefighting, security, and emergency equipment to ensure readiness.
  • Liaise with authorities, clients, and subcontractors on safety matters and regulatory compliance.
  • Promote a strong safety culture in line with company policies, Code of Conduct, and mandatory regulations.

The Talent:

  • Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • MOM-registered WSHO certification is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of local safety laws, codes, and international standards.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HSE, preferably in marine, offshore, or heavy fabrication industries.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to influence teams to uphold high safety standards.
