My client is a leading provider of Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS) and Traffic Enforcement Solutions (TES) with more than two decades of experience in the industry.

  • Salary : VB + Yearly Increment + Permanent Benefits + OT + Transport Allowance + Standby Allowance
  • Location : East (Ubi)
  • Working Days: 5 Days, Rotating Shift (Morning/Night)
  • Working Hours : 9am to 6pm / 10pm to 6am

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on Traffic and Security Communication Systems, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Support project execution within schedule and scope.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs for review and analysis.
  • Handle on-call/standby duties, including scheduled night shifts when required.
  • Ensure safety compliance, good housekeeping, and adherence to company SOPs and HSE programs.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Oversee minor repairs, vehicle maintenance/cleaning, and other operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering (or related fields).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance/engineering roles.
  • Valid Class 3/4 driving license.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, quick learner, adaptable under pressure.
  • Resourceful, independent, and collaborative team player.
