The Role

As a System Engineer, Client Solutions Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end implementation of technical solutions and deliver high-quality post-deployment services to enterprise and SME clients. The Engineer ensures that systems are deployed correctly, technical documentation is complete, and customer success is achieved through timely support, issue resolution, and proactive service management

In this role, you will:

• Execute technical implementation tasks
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Deliver post-deployment support
• Conduct proactive maintenance and health checks
• Support client training and handover
• Collaborate on cross-functional service excellence

You will be working closely with engineers, project leads, and customer stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and operational excellence. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be at the heart of service execution, with a strong focus on precision, planning, and people coordination.

What Requirements You Need

• At Least a Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology
• Technical certifications in networking, cloud, or cybersecurity are a plus
• Min 1–2 years in technical implementation or support roles preferred
• Experience in enterprise IT environments or managed services is beneficial
• Good understanding of network monitoring tools and basic cybersecurity concepts
• Able to independently install, test, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
• Basic command of ticketing tools and SLAs
• Competent in technical documentation and client communication
• Responsible and service-oriented
• Logical problem-solver with a willingness to learn from mistakes
• Team player who communicates openly and follows through on tasks
