Job Responsibilities
  • Support the Deputy/Department Head in achieving financial targets, service level agreements (SLA), and key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with contractual obligations.
  • Lead and manage a small operations team (1–3 engineers) to ensure smooth day-to-day system maintenance.
  • Provide 24/7 standby support for urgent operational requirements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and OEMs, to resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Conduct operational meetings with customers using digitalisation and business intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Participate actively in project tenders and proposal activities.
  • Perform system-level maintenance activities, particularly in Radio Communications, Networking, and UPS systems.
  • Prepare reports and maintain operational records using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Travel across multiple sites within Singapore to support operations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an engineering or system maintenance role. (Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Engineer positions.)
  • Experience in system-level maintenance is preferred (e.g., Radio Communications, Networking, UPS).
  • Certifications such as CCNA and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) certifications (e.g., Work-at-Height) will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work in outdoor environments and support site-based operations.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving License will be an advantage.
  • Candidates will be required to undergo security vetting due to the nature of the role.
