What You'll Be Doing:

  • Captain of the Hostess Desk: You'll own the hostess desk like a pro—setting it up, keeping it tidy, tearing it down at the end of the day, and making sure all devices are charged and ready for action. No dead batteries on your watch
  • Reservation Maestro: Handle reservations like a symphony conductor—answering phones, managing enquiries, welcoming guests, calling those fashionably late, and sneaking in the occasional walk-in without breaking a sweat.
  • Guest Greet Guru: Be the face of our brand Share our story, sprinkle some company spirit, and give every guest a warm welcome that feels like a VIP experience.
  • Service Flow Ninja: When things get busy, you'll jump in to assist management with service flow, ensuring smooth transitions between seatings like a well-choreographed dance.
  • Jack-of-All-Trades: When needed, help out your front-of-house and bar teammates—whether it's polishing cutlery, wiping down tables, or setting up the bar, you're there to make it happen.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of hosting or similar restaurant experience in a high-volume environment
  • Prior SevenRooms knowledge advantageous but not required
  • Excellent communication and hospitality skills
  • Warm personality and a natural ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere
