Key Responsibilities (Scope of Work)

  • Manage and execute inward and outward remittance transactions for corporate and retail clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Serve as a key customer service point for all remittance and fund transfer inquiries, providing expert and professional support.
  • Conduct essential compliance checks (including Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Financing of Terrorism) to safeguard the bank's operations.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks and reconciliation duties related to payment and remittance operations.
