The Operations Executive will oversee daily operational activities, including vending machine management, stock-taking, packing online orders, coordinating between the office and production team, and ensuring smooth logistics. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and a hands-on approach to ensure seamless operations and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vending Machine Management


• Ensure vending machines are well-stocked and properly maintained.


• Coordinate with drivers to restock vending machines efficiently.


• Monitor machine performance and liaise with technicians for repairs and maintenance.


• Track sales and report machine performance regularly.

2. Online Order Management


• Manage and pack online orders for timely dispatch.


• Ensure orders are accurate and meet quality standards before delivery.


• Coordinate with logistics providers for efficient shipping and delivery.


• Update order management systems and maintain records.

3. Stock Management & Coordination


• Perform regular stock-taking and update inventory records.


• Work closely with the production team to align stock levels with demand.


• Identify and report stock discrepancies and take corrective action.


• Manage raw material inventory and notify teams of low stock levels.

4. Liaison Between Office & Production Teams


• Act as the key point of contact between office staff, production, and logistics.


• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.


• Support office operations by providing updates on production and stock levels.


• Assist in generating production reports and operational performance updates.

5. General Operations & Logistics


• Support warehouse operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization.


• Assist in coordinating deliveries and managing supplier relationships.


• Ensure adherence to food safety and quality control standards.


• Assist in product labeling, packaging, and shipment coordination.


• Oversee and improve daily workflow efficiency in operations.

6. Equipment & Facility Maintenance


• Monitor and report any issues with production equipment and facilities.


• Coordinate with vendors for machine repairs and servicing.


• Ensure operational compliance with workplace safety and hygiene standards.

7. Customer Service & Issue Resolution


• Handle vending machine customer complaints or refunds.


• Assist in resolving operational issues related to order fulfillment and logistics.


• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high operational efficiency.

Key Requirements:


• 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management (preferably in food manufacturing).


• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience in inventory management and stock-taking.


• Hands-on approach with attention to detail.


• Ability to liaise effectively between multiple teams (office, production, and logistics).


• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control is a plus.


• Comfortable with physical tasks such as stock movement and packing orders.


• Ability to use basic software tools for tracking inventory and orders.
