Job Description:
We are actively seeking an experience candidate with comprehensive expertise in MS Dynamics BC technology and/or processes. In collaboration with the ERP team, you will join forces with the project team from various business units to create new opportunities and make a substantial contribution to the comprehensive development of enterprise solutions across the Group.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess and comprehend the requirements of the business and scrutinize the structural flow of business operations.
- Execute the deployment of new ERP software systems and educate users on the utilization of the new system, prepare detail specifications, design documents and test cases.
- Spotlight and exhibit significant opportunities for innovation; substantiate their feasibility through proof-of-concepts and pilot projects to enhance business operations.
- Perform hands-on Data Migration from the legacy system to D365.
- Undertake functional testing to confirm that the proposed solution is in alignment with business requirements.
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders to accomplish User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and the success of the project.
- Offer support for daily operations by resolving issues with existing systems or developing new systems as required via customization to accommodate new business requirements.
- Administer change requests and follow through the change solutioning.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated proficiency with the implementation and support of Dynamics NAV/Dynamics BC is a MUST.
- Proficient in MS Power BI would be advantageous.
- Highly organized, detailed oriented, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy working with end users.
- Proactive problem solving attitude with the ability to anticipate issues.
- Openness to feedback and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Proficient in drafting professional reports and other project related documentation.
