Position: Leasing Sales Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

·       To acquire sales and maintain existing customers as required by the company

·       Prospecting for new business using different means. Cold calls, canvassing, digital means.

·       Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers base

·       Provide consistent follow-ups with existing customers to ensure that quality service standards are maintained.

. Follow up on the new contract or renewal contract with the client when required.

Job Requirements:

·       Minimum GCE 'O' level and above

·       Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

·       Performance driven, goals and service oriented

·       Freshers are welcomed to apply as training provided

·       Proactive and able to work independently under minimal supervision

·       Possess valid Class 3 driving license

Working location/hour: Monday to Saturday (9.00am-6pm)

Salary: $1500 onwards with recurring commission
