
Business Development Manager

**As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic plans to expand the market share, build strong partnerships, and achieve revenue targets.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the baby food segment.
- Analyse consumer preferences and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to enhance the baby food product portfolio.
- Collaborate with the product development team to create innovative and nutritionally sound baby food products.
- Ensure product offerings align with regulatory standards and customer expectations.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience in the food or consumer goods industry, with a focus on baby products.
- Strong understanding of the baby food market in Singapore.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams.
