- Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm
- Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 Bonus
- Min Diploma in any engineering background
- Prefer profiles with experience in data center or semiconductor
- Must comfortable to perform telemarketing and cold calling to potential leads & customers. [ Mainly Indoor Sales Role ]
- Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and in person.
- Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.
- Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes.
- Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, keeping them updated about company products and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Communicate client feedback to the product development team.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecast future sales trends, and quarterly review and budget.
- Participate in sales training and professional development opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal coordinators to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and customer service.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- identifying opportunities for the company, managing relationships with potential partners and creating business strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Understand company's product positioning and keep tabs on competitors.
