Events Sales Executive

Job Description:- Manage sales activities such as enquiries, sales calls, site visits and cold calling to generate potential business leads
- Consult with prospects and pursue sales opportunities to close the deals effectively
- Brainstorm and tailor proposals to match client's requirements
- Follow up on the concepts and proposals approved by clients and put them into reality
- Source and manage venues, vendors, entertainment and all event related requirements
- Ensure a smooth operation throughout each event
- Required to work closely with the members of the team to collectively produce a successful event
- Key liaison between client, event managers, designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the event, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met
- Manage the set-up and production of the event on site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality event
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Able to work independently and problem solve
- Must be an effective team member
- Maintain a professional, neat, well-groomed appearance at all time
- Past experience in sales and client facing role is a plus.
