We are partnering with a prestigious international law firm to hire a receptionist to deliver high-quality service at the front-of-house area of the firm. This is a new headcount to support the growth of the firm in Hong Kong.

Description

As a Receptionist, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized at all times.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meeting room bookings as required.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
  • Maintaining and updating contact lists and office directories.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Profile

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • 1-3 years of receptionist experience within a professional / financial / legal services firm
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing high-quality service.
  • Professional demeanor suitable for a professional front-of-house role.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.

Job Offer
