Overview

Partner Business Units (BU) in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to achieve the BU's goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build relationship with stakeholders as a trusted HR partner through providing value-added HR strategies and advice.
  • Perform HR operational activities according to existing HR policies and SOPs. To ensure the delivery of activities meets the standard required.
  • Ensure effective, efficient and professional delivery of HR plans, programmes, processes and services.
  • Suggest and implement improvement to HR processes, policies, and technologies regularly from a people-centred perspective
  • Work with hiring managers and other HR counterparts to recruit and ensure sufficient manpower for current operations and upcoming growth.
  • Work with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance in licensing, accreditation, and other relevant regulations.
  • Lead and/or participate in projects, events, committees as and when assigned or appointed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • At least 2 years in human resource function
  • Sound knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws.
  • Prior experience in HR operations and generalist work is required.
  • Critical thinker and process-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated.
