Job Responsibilities

  • You will be the primary interface and strategic People & Culture business partner for assigned functions in Global Business Function.
  • You will work closely with the business, supporting their needs across the full spectrum of Human Resources including compensation & benefits, performance management, learning and development, employee relations and budgeting etc.
  • You will partner with internal and external stakeholders and provide advice pertaining to HR issues as well as comprehensive HR solutions to organizational issues proactively.
  • You will ensure HR policies are implemented according to established guidelines.
  • You are also expected to execute HR initiatives and programs effectively and be involved in continuous process review/ improvement projects.
  • You will also be involved in initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • At least 8 years of broad HR experience gained in MNCs or large organizations
  • Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders and partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, meticulous, able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of Workday and Power BI will be an advantage
  • Creative mindset with a passion for people and culture
