ABOUT THE ROLE:

Plusgrade is looking for a Manager, Partner Marketing to join our global Marketing team. This is a permanent role, based in our Singapore office.

As our first partner marketer in APAC, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of some of the world's most iconic airline and hotel loyalty programs. You'll be responsible for developing regional marketing plans that accelerate revenue, grow partner engagement, and promote adoption of our suite of loyalty products..

This is a client-facing, high-impact role that requires a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You'll report to the Director, Partner Marketing EMEA & APAC, and work cross-functionally with internal teams across Data & Analytics, Creative Services, and Media Demand Generation.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:


• Own and manage a portfolio of airline and hotel loyalty partners across the APAC region, serving as their strategic marketing lead and trusted advisor.


• Build and execute integrated marketing plans that align with partner goals, drive business growth, and showcase the full value of Points' product suite.


• Present marketing strategies, performance results, and insights to senior stakeholders—both internally and within partner organizations.


• Collaborate with internal teams to leverage advanced data segmentation, personalization, and targeting capabilities to inform your strategies and optimize results.


• Work closely with our Creative and Media teams to craft compelling messaging and campaigns that exceed performance expectations.


• Continuously identify new opportunities to innovate, expand partner engagement, and test data-led marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact.


• Be a thought leader and champion of growth, bringing fresh ideas, bold thinking, and a collaborative mindset to the team.

YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:


• Fluency in English, as well as proficiency in Mandarin is required. Further relevant regional language skills would also be an advantage.


• Proven experience developing and executing successful B2B2C marketing strategies in client-facing roles


• Strong relationship management skills with a history of nurturing long-term, strategic partnerships


• Demonstrated ability to create omni-channel marketing plans and deliver results across multiple touchpoints


• Highly analytical and comfortable working in data-rich environments—able to uncover insights, translate findings, and turn them into action.


• A proactive, creative problem-solver with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to confidently present to senior stakeholders and adapt messaging for diverse audiences.


• Experience in the travel, loyalty, or e-commerce industries is an asset


• Willingness and ability to travel globally (up to 25%) as needed


• Valid passport required
