Job Summary:

  • Basic Salary: $3200 - $5000
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
  • Working Location: Commonwealth
  • AWS + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities and presentations for the Singapore branch.
  • Translate and prepare marketing materials, proposals, reports, and communications between English and Japanese.
  • Support tender submissions, project marketing documents, and promotional content for the ACMV/construction industry.
  • Liaise with Japanese HQ and regional offices on project updates and corporate announcements.
  • Organize client and HQ personnel visits.
  • Conduct market research and prepare competitor and industry analysis reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Business Development team.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English; capable of accurately translating technical or marketing content (to engage with clients, and liaising with the headquarters in Japan).
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong coordination, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of the ACMV/construction industry is a plus.
