JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will join the Planning Data Department (PDD) in SIAEC Technical Services & Planning (TS&P). You will be part of a vital team responsible for the creation and management of aircraft maintenance data, ensuring precision and reliability behind every maintenance task.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and maintain task lists and maintenance plans in Maintenance Information System (MIS) (SAP/ Envision) for various task cards such as:
  • Special Inspections (SI)
  • Modification Action Forms (MAF)
  • Supplementary Jobs – Carry Forward Items (SJ-CFI)
  • Borescope Inspections (BSI)
  • Engineering Notes (EN)
  • Component Change Sheets (CCS)
  • Maintenance Job Cards (MJC)
  • Maintenance Process Sheets (MPS)
  • Conduct detailed research for Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Tooling (BOT).
  • Review completed Dirty Fingerprints (DFP) for SI and MAF to ensure proper closure dates in the MIS.
  • Analyse engine shop reports and update completion statuses of tasks in SAP.
  • Verify that preloads and due dates in maintenance plans are correctly populated.
  • Report the carried-out status, completion status or findings of the Service Bulletins to OEMs.
  • Carry out any other planning related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Familiarity with key aircraft documents such as Service Bulletins (SB), Maintenance Manuals (MM), Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPC), and aircraft delivery documents.
  • High attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in systems like SAP and Envision.
  • Candidates with experience in an aircraft maintenance environment will be preferred.
