We're looking for a Recruitment & Administrative Executive who's sharp, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You'll be the backbone of our operations: managing recruitment, supporting onboarding, and keeping the team running like clockwork.

What You'll Do

  • Help with recruitment: post jobs, screen applicants, and arrange interviews.
  • Support onboarding for new team members.
  • Keep records, files, and reports updated and organized.
  • Handle general admin tasks like scheduling, preparing documents, and coordinating office needs.
  • Assist the management team with daily operations and ad-hoc tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • Some experience in recruitment, HR, or office admin (preferred but not required).
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • Can multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
