The Programme Delivery Manager will support the design and delivery of AI and digital transformation initiatives.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of user stories, backlog refinement, agile ceremonies, and solution implementation
The role also assists in change management and adoption efforts to maximize value realization.
1. Deliver AI and Digital Transformation Initiatives
- Deliver AI and digital projects on time and within scope.
- Coordinate and participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and showcases.
- Refine and manage backlogs in collaboration with users, developers, and testers.
- Track delivery progress and escalate risks or blockers in a timely manner.
2. Act as Product Owner for Workstreams
- Translate business requirements into well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize user stories based on value, complexity, and user feedback.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure sign-off from relevant stakeholders.
3. Act as Scrum Master and Facilitate Agile Ways of Working
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies like daily standups and sprint planning to keep the team aligned.
- Remove impediments blocking the team's progress to ensure smooth delivery.
- Champion agile practices within the team and across functions.
- Monitor team velocity, burndown charts, and sprint outcomes to identify continuous improvement areas.
4. Support Change Management and Adoption
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare SOPs, training guides, and user communications.
- Gather feedback post-implementation and support continuous improvement loops.
5. Conduct Solution Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain detailed documentation of requirements, solutions, and test outcomes.
- Prepare progress updates and highlight issues for review with the Associate Director and broader leadership team
6. Contribute to Team Collaboration and Development
- Participate actively in team discussions and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Contribute to a positive, solution-oriented team culture.
Skills for Success:
- 3–8 years in digital transformation or product delivery
- Good to have experience in AI, analytics, or process automation
- Good to have exposure to machine learning, RPA, or data science tools
- Experience in Agile delivery, Scrum facilitation and User story writing
