Join National GRIP , Singapore's national deep-tech venture creation programme, and play a pivotal role in shaping how researchers and innovators experience the journey from cutting-edge science to a high-impact startup. We're seeking full-time Programme Managers to drive not just the logistics—but the participant experience—of Phase 2 (Venture Creation) and Phase 3 (Incubation). From biotech and advanced materials to AI, clean energy, and robotics, you'll help over 300 aspiring founders move from lab to market with clarity, confidence, and community. The Opportunity As a Programme Manager, you'll be the experience architect behind Singapore's flagship deep-tech venture building journey. You'll ensure that every founder's touchpoint—from workshops to mentoring to incubation—is seamless, engaging, and impactful. This is your opportunity to craft a world-class founder experience while fostering the growth of Singapore's next generation of research-driven companies. Responsibilities Design and deliver high-quality participant experiences across workshops, deep dives, and events. Support startups through proactive communication, resource coordination, and personalized touchpoints. Champion participant engagement by gathering feedback, monitoring satisfaction, and driving improvements. Track team progress, report key performance indicators, and ensure smooth programme execution. Liaise with mentors, trainers, and ecosystem partners to deliver an exceptional and cohesive founder journey. Maintain programme documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in programme management, event operations, or community engagement (innovation, startup, or academic environments preferred). Proven track record of delivering exceptional participant, customer, or user experiences. Strong organizational and multitasking skills; adept at managing multiple priorities and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage founders, mentors, and partners. A proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence. Deep curiosity about deep-tech, startups, and supporting founder growth journeys. Availability to commit on a freelance, part-time basis.
