The Creative Experience (TCE) is a 12-year-old leadership and innovation training company with serious credibility across Asia and Europe, founded by Anna C. Mallon. Anna is a serial entrepreneur, mentor, angel investor and global speaker who has built five companies, scaled initiatives with AWS and Google, and closed enterprise deals with clients such as KPMG, HP, Credit Suisse, Meta, Amazon and Shell. TCE has the IP, the case studies and the brand. Now we are handing the keys to an operator who wants to build. Own the P&L, keep 70% of profits, and scale a proven L&D business without starting from zero.

What you'll build
  • Pipeline and revenue: Lead BD, shape offers, and close enterprise deals with a consultative, solutions-led approach
  • Program GTM: Position and pitch TCE's leadership and innovation programmes, tailoring to client needs
  • Partner network: Recruit, brief, and manage a bench of associate trainers; jump in to facilitate when it counts
  • Operations and P&L: Run the market like a business owner, from delivery quality to unit economics
Who this is for
  • An operator with commercial instincts who wants leverage, not a salary
  • Ex Big Tech / scale-up or consultancy background helps (Meta, Google, Grab, McKinsey, etc.)
