Responsibilities:

· Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.

· Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.

· Processing client's PO and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

· Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.

· Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.

· Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

· Minimum diploma / degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

· Possess Certificates in Mechanical, Marine, Instrumentations or Chemical

· Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales in the control valve industry.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
