Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day procurement operations, including sourcing, issuing POs, and order tracking.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and timely deliveries.
  • Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and finance teams to ensure accuracy of stock records, delivery notes, and invoices.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing overstock and obsolescence
  • Maintain and update procurement records, product specs, and supplier databases
  • Assist in supplier audits and compliance checks as required.
  • Support cost analysis and benchmarking activities to drive procurement efficiency.
  • Participate in system improvement initiatives (e.g., ERP or supply chain modules).
  • Provide administrative support for procurement-related documentation and reporting.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager

Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of warehousing, delivering goods, and/or logistics experience, preferably in the F&B industry or similar.
- Willingness to learn with a good working attitude.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and be organized.
- Candidates without prior experience will be considered as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Able to commence immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.
