Central Region, Singapore Tiong Seng Contractors (Pte) Ltd Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager and/or Construction Manager in all on-site construction works.
  • Assist Construction Manager to prepare and formulate Risk Assessments, implement Safety measures & control at the construction site.
  • Overseeing & managing BCA's SMM requirements, MOM & NEA requirements.
  • Supervise and monitor safety measures in construction site, to ensure works are carried out in accordance with the company's safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensuring all subcontractors' safety measures and workers' working environment meet regulatory work requirements.
  • To check and ensure compliance with MOM/NEA and relevant authorities Requirements
  • Responsible for all safety inspection activities being carried out.
  • Ensuring environmental, safety, and health practices are carried out at all times.
  • Adopt and develop digital tools to manage the workforce and EHS matters.

Requirements:

  • Possess relevant BCA Safety Training Certifications
  • Minimum Secondary School Education / relevant Certificates
  • minimum two (2) years experience in Construction Projects
  • Experience with Precast/PPVC/MET projects will be an added advantage.
  • Organized, meticulous with a positive work attitude.
  • Able to work independently and a team player.
  • Good analytical, supervision, and communication skills
  • Completed Confined Space Assessment Training, with relevant certificates.
