Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse operations for internal or external storage and enforce SOPs.
- Manage daily system and warehouse activities with internal/external users.
- Ensure accuracy in Goods Receipt (GR) / Goods Issue (GI) records using SAP, C4C, and RFID.
- Handle import/export shipments to avoid storage at port.
- Prepare monthly inventory reports for in-house and 3rd party warehouses.
- Identify and implement inventory process improvements.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Conduct annual and sample stock takes.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in warehouse inventory management, SAP and MS Office.
- Willingness to be on standby duty on weekends.
- Ability to handle heavy materials.
- Forklift License is an added advantage.
