Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + VB Bonus
Responsibilities:
•Manage Purchase Orders inclusive of generating & monitoring of status.
•Manage and expedite the deliveries from manufacturing sites and allocation of stock to customers in accordance to plans and schedules.
•Build and maintain good relationship with factory and colleagues
•Preparation of monthly report for management.
•Inventory management for excess stock, shelf-life stock etc
•Coordination between Customer Service Department and Sales Department if shortfall on the inventory or late delivery.
•Other goods return process (RGS) for Irregularity report
Requirements:
•Diploma in Supply Chain Management or other relevant discipline.
•3 years and above relevant experience is preferred; especially
-Inventory Management
-Freight forwarding (including Custom procedures)
•Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications and Oasis System will be an advantage.
