About the role

Join the growing team at Battery Asia Singapore as an Outfield Service Technician. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional on-site maintenance and repair services for our clients' electrical systems and equipment across the West Region. What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of a variety of electrical systems and equipment at client sites
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, and implement effective solutions to resolve problems
  3. Coordinate with clients to schedule and complete service calls in a timely manner
  4. Document all work completed and maintain detailed records
  5. Comply with all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  6. Support the wider team with additional tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Formal electrician qualification and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar service technician role
  2. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise effectively with clients
  4. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics
  5. A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle of Class 3
  6. Flexible and adaptable, able to work early mornings, evenings or weekends as required
