About the Roles

Join a leading manufacturer and repair specialist for pumps as a Hydraulic Service Technician based in Pioneer. This is a permanent, full-time role with a 5.5-day work week (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; Saturday, 8am–12pm). You'll enjoy a competitive salary package that includes Basic Salary, Meal Allowance, Overtime Pay, AWS, and Performance Bonus (PB). This position offers hands-on experience in hydraulic systems and the opportunity to develop technical expertise through structured training and on-the-job learning.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assemble, install, and maintain hydraulic systems and related components.
  • Perform pressure testing and inspection of hydraulic equipment.
  • Support engineers in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in hydraulic systems.
  • Prepare accurate service, maintenance, and testing reports.
  • Conduct mechanical repairs for hydraulic equipment both in the workshop and at shipyards.
  • Work under the supervision of senior technicians and engineers, progressing to independent tasks upon demonstrating competency.
  • Coordinate deliveries and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Arrange entry permits and support administrative coordination for shipyard work.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the technical and administrative teams.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

What We're Looking For

  • Possess a valid driving license (preferred).
  • Strong eagerness to learn, adapt, and develop technical skills.
  • Open to candidates with no prior experience — training will be provided.
